yes...
nobody outside of a 50 mile radius of east salt lake grows up dreaming of one day being a ute.
they just "end up there"...the last decade plus, it's been a never ending carousel of characters who play for a year and then move on/out. difficult to build a program/culture when you depend on rent-a-players...unless you're kentucky and get the top high school talent in the nation for 1-2 years.
