I don't sell vivint but as a door to door salesman customers lie... A lot. I say the exact same thing verbatim every sale and sometimes people call in and say I didnt tell them something. A guy called me earlier this year claiming The " guy who came by didnt tell me it was for a year". When I told him I was " that guy" and id be glad to recite exactly what I said , he said oh ok yeah that's true you did say that but I still want to get out. I'd say this probably happens 5-10 times a year for me. But I have heard the Vivint guys can be shady and of course military should be able to get out of a contract.
