How flexible are they on price after the first year?

I currently have Century link and pay about $37 a month for 40mbs. I'm pretty satisfied.

Comcast has a special of $47 a month for 50mbs internet and the limited basic (mostly local) channels. It might be worth it to me to pay $10 more a month to not have to deal with adjusting antennas etc. The second year it goes up to $70 at full price, so there is no way it's worth it.

Also, what kind of "gotchas" will they try to add to the $47 package? I would buy my own modem.
