Some are saying that there is a way that Sony could release it via torrent --- they could upload the torrent file to a pay-to-download site, then once you had the tracker file you could leech off of public peer computers. Not a bad idea. Would be surprised if that was the way Sony went because they would be introducing a whole new group of people to torrenting, but potentially could legitimize a currently illegitimate file sharing model.
