according to those ..BYU is better. I don't know what they are using that is weighting Memphis more hevily in their over all rankings.

They also have Georgia tech as teh best offense in tehh country and Navy is ranked high as well. Meanwhile, LSU, UCLA are ranked lower than BYU's offense....etc. Also I don;t see any difference between S&P and FEI. They seem to be the same thing when I look through them... How they account for SOS I think is an issue..
