I mean, the extra point stuff was puzzling to say the least (although I'm betting that he wasn't icing the kicker, but instead Howell was realizing that he wasn't prepared for a fake twice - which is just as bad), but coaches at all levels try to ice the kicker when they are kicking longer game winning FGs.
