Exactly - 12 was in a 150 person brawl - shots coming from all directions - no
suspension is warranted here. How was 12 to know that the brawl had basically ended 2 seconds before his punch. #40 was fighting 2 seconds earlier. He was still near BYU's sideline. How was 12 to know that 40 wouldn't go back in? How was he to know that others has stopped.
The guy should get no suspension, not even the first half of the first game. He was in a brawl that was started by the other team jumping his teammate.
