as I feel that they were protecting them self and others. But with that said... we have had some of the dumbest penalties this year... some of them being the 15 yard unsportsmanlike kind and others being just stupid penalties... they are repeated time and time again, and there is no action taken on the players doing it. And thus the culmination of those and then you have this fight... Bronco has lost the team.

I personally feel that the players like Bronco too much and no longer fear him. When you fear a coach, you don't dare commit another penalty again and a stupid one at that. There is very little accountability coming from the head coach. It's one thing to get blasted by your position coach, but it's another getting blasted by the head coach. You see Whittingham on the sideline and how many times have you seen him go directly to a player after a boneheaded penalty and give him an absolute ear full. You NEVER see Bronco do that... you rarely if ever see Bronco engaged on the sideline. The program got itself out of the Crowton mess... and we are soon going to have a Bronco mess if things don't change real fast.
