This all is now starting to make sense. I was talking with a buddy and we surmised that it could possibly be a good idea to ice the kicker on a PAT if you were in high school and the other team had a really bad kicker. I am sure that Howell was telling Bronco that the JV team at Ben Lomond had its biggest win in school history when they iced the opposing kicker on a PAT.
