The Cardinals have to do with BYU players not being drafted, especially-as he put it-he was certain to make the team?
I think things like missions and Bronco not having the same connections in the NFL like LaVell are big reasons, but I can't help but think NFL people take what Rich did and, to a certain degree, apply it to all players from BYU.
