Chris McGown is a great coach in his own right, but he's got two fantastic former head coaches on his staff, including his dad, Carl, and Mike Wilton. Carl is in the VB hall of fame. He's coached at BYU-Hawaii and BYU with great success at both. He's also coached the US National Team. Wilton had a lengthy and very successful run as the HC at Hawaii. It would be difficult to have a better coaching staff than what BYU has.
