82 tickets, I am throwing the BS flag on that one. No matter what state you are in, you would not have a driver's license anymore. Traffic school is only allowed 1 time a year, or once every other year, in most states. If you are in Utah, Idaho, or several of the other surrounding states; they share the same point system and your license would have been gone for good after about the 5th suspension. I have been pulled over 26 times, mostly due to the sports car that I owned when I first turned 16, and only got 4 tickets that caused my license to be suspended 2 times. 2 of the tickets were very deserved, 83 in 50 and 107 in 75(in Idaho), while the other 2 were for a fender bender(went to defensive driving)and another speeding that I fought for 5 over and won. I did have a 5th for running a yellow/ red, after I got married and was more mature but not paying attention, but went to traffic school to have it removed. The 2nd ticket got my license suspended for a month, and the last ticket for a year.I just don't buy that you would have 82 moving tickets, without being constantly suspended. May 82 parking tickets, but not moving violations.
Most of my times being pulled over, were because I was driving a mustang convertible, that i had rebuilt and was loud. 12 were from the same exact small town cop, that lived by my in-laws home when I was dating her, and would pull me over every single night to see why I was out so late. I was always respectful to them, and they were respectful back, because I learned how quickly that license can be taken away for only a couple big tickets. I learned the hard way, of how expensive a ticket is on your insurance, and it would be nearly impossible to get insured with 82 tickets, unless you are making in the 9 figure a year range. With 82 tickets, you would most likely have ended up in jail and never able to have a drivers license again.
