Where did this idea that Bronco is an ego maniac come from?

He has some coaching flaws, I agree. He has some quirks when talking to the media. It's pretty well published he doesn't like the way recruiting is done in the college football world. These things are pretty well established.

But, I have a problem with the constant posts about his personality traits that nobody has any clue about.
for example: He only hires yes men. Or, He doesn't recruit Utah county legacy recruits so there isn't anybody to challenge his ideas. Or, he won't listen to others ideas because he is too proud to make changes.

Where is this coming from? Why do some here try to perpetuate the these things?
