We asked my accounting professor why accountants get paid so much. His response... "Because nobody wants to do it." Everyone laughed, including him, then he gave a sad sigh, followed by trying to pump us up about it.

Just one of those things like humanities... You HAVE to be way into it or you'd never survive.
