it was done at a legit combine. Sparq measures core explosiveness, etc. and players are not penalized for their weight. A player that runs a 4.5 but weighs 190 might get a lower score than a player that runs a 4.9 and weighs 250. My guess is he is perceived to be too short to garner any D1 looks.
