Accrording to 247, the 2015 class is the second highest rated class
(based on average player ranking) of Bronco's tenure at BYU. Only 2010 was higher.
Not getting Empey stinks--but it's not entirely surprising given the family history. In the grand scheme of things, BYU isn't as Utah-centric as it once was...and I think that's a good thing.
