You really should use a CPA. This year will require all entities that

depreciate to file a form 3115 and I don't know if those software can handle something like that. Also, maintaining a shareholder basis schedule for an S Corp can be challenging. There is a reason a CPA charges that much and it's because he or she is worth it.
