We can't assume that getting rid of Bronco constitutes a tearing down of BYU Sports. Some people view it as moving old houses off a lot so that you can build a place of business. I don't see it this way. It just seems that people who want to get rid of Bronco want to build BYU and they feel that Bronco is getting in the way of growth. This is a fair veiw and is not tearing down. I DO think you need to have a plausible plan for who will come in. I would hate to replace a nice little old neighborhood with a park full of 30 year old single-wides
