While I am frustrated with lots of stuff going on in the program and I DO think that losing Covey, Empey and probably Reid is a very big blow, I still think there are good things to hope for next year.
I think we saw flashes with TakiTaki and Warner of some legit play making OLBs.
I think that the play of Lupuaho and Karoma are some of the brightest sparks on the OLine in years.
I think that new Strength and Conditioning coach is going to bring an altered mentality to the physical development of the players that could(hopefully) lead to some much improved power play by the lines.
Those are small things, perhaps, but isn't that better than the downpour of pessimism?
