I agree with you 100% about some of the coaching hires. I don't understand why the first coaching job many of the staff have at the D1 level has to be at BYU. Shouldn't they have demonstrated at another college that they can coach first??

Player development is also a big question. I am very hopeful that the new Strength and Conditioning coach will impact the ability of our players to sustain the punishing, physical type of play we need to execute in order to overcome deficiencies in athleticism.
