Opposing coaches now know that technique is less important than brute force. Our freshman bigs can simply be bulldozed out of the way. Worthington doesn't get pushed aside as much, but is so focused on keeping a strong, low base that he's rooted to the floor. Either way, our bigs never get a rebound if there's someone else in the lane--and there's always someone else in the lane. Doesn't help that WCC refs only call fouls on the less aggressive guy--and that's always our bigs.
