If he has one losing season in the next two years, then he probably won't get re-signed, unless he has a really good one his last year.
If he has two losing seasons in the next two years, then he definitely won't get re-signed.
The real problem for Holmoe is if Bronco has a couple of 8-5 or 7-6 seasons where the team goes to a bowl but doesn't really impress anyone. At that point it becomes a difficult decision to fire Bronco and bring in someone new; unless he can pick up someone really spectacular (Reid, maybe Whitt) to fire up the fan base.
If he fires a winning coach and the team goes in the tank then he's going to be on the hot seat.
