If Bronco gets at least 10 wins in one of the next two seasons he will get
re-hired -- unless he doesn't want the job, as Tokolosh says.

If he has one losing season in the next two years, then he probably won't get re-signed, unless he has a really good one his last year.

If he has two losing seasons in the next two years, then he definitely won't get re-signed.

The real problem for Holmoe is if Bronco has a couple of 8-5 or 7-6 seasons where the team goes to a bowl but doesn't really impress anyone. At that point it becomes a difficult decision to fire Bronco and bring in someone new; unless he can pick up someone really spectacular (Reid, maybe Whitt) to fire up the fan base.

If he fires a winning coach and the team goes in the tank then he's going to be on the hot seat.
