Saying letter of the law things in the media is typical for anything of this
nature. I would say, "I'm sure you know this", but I'm not sure you do.
There was no formal invitation extended because the talks and negotiations never came to terms and warranted writing up a formal invite and contract.
Continuing this line of argument on cb is just silly.
