the company I went to next (the one I still work for - been here for 8+ years) didn't think anything of the short stay once I started to explain some of my former boss's bizarre behaviors - they got it. But, I had been at my employer before that experience for 11 years so I don't think they were worried I was just job hopping or couldn't stay to manage difficult circumstances.
