Definitely do it. Not really a religious thing. People come up with all kinds of stats that show that it doesn't matter either way, but I can tell you that I've treated a number of men and boys for infections under the foreskin, that just don't happen with circumcised men. On two occasions I had to send men over 65 for circumcision for infections that wouldn't heal, or for recurrent infections. Just my two cents worth. My suspicion is that the relative is a habitual Facebooker who has "liked" way too many wackos on her news feed.
