How BYU recruits a certain kind of LB that has very good athleticism and hip pivot since they have to do so much dropping in coverage. I didn't know that athleticism was an issue there, as I know there are other unrelated issues that keep him from BYU.
Is he indirectly saying that BYU recruits more athletic LBs than Ohio St, USC, etc?
