Young players do get better from year to year. Worthington has the body and the enthusiasm going for him. But so far he just isn't showing much of any improvement. I hope he works hard and comes back next year and looks much improved. But I'm afraid he isn't going to.

Fortunately, help is on the way. We really won't need him if he can't produce.
