Yes. For several reasons
1. Coaching
2. Player is 22 and played hundreds of games
3. Coaches should have been yelling don't touch him
4. Players should be saying don't touch.
5. Probably more
Look it was a charge. No doubt in my mind. I was at the game and watched the play when i got home. But toy can't touch anyone on that play. Don't allow the refs to make a mistake.
