At the end of the day, it's up to an individual whether he feels welcome or not. If a guy is going to base whether he feels welcome on whether his suggestions are acted upon, then no one should be surprised if that guy doesn't feel welcome. Some of the things K-Popp and Criddle have said lately make it sound like some alums come in making demands that Bronco change things and then are bitter when he doesn't change things and then stops listening to them. But it sounds like he's held the more vocal alums at arm's length because a few of them have been bossy and then gotten offended when they weren't obeyed.

Bronco isn't the type to string someone along and placate them. Some people think we need a coach who is. I can see both sides of that argument and am fairly neutral on it overall.
