I'm kicking off a really cool project with a new revolutionary company in Rexburg on Monday, so my wife and I are driving from Utah County to Rexburg tomorrow afternoon. We're staying at a themed bed and breakfast (AmericInn - Italian theme) Sunday night, and I want to catch at least the second half of the SB with good "comfort food" that my wife will enjoy. Any suggestions? We'll be doing the "themed room" trek once a month for the foreseeable future.
