Actually, Bracket Busters was an ESPN thing. And it was completely different.
It's over now. Bracket Busters matchups weren't announced until in the season. Participants just knew they were getting a game. That's what made it special - the organizers could put together meaningful matchups.

Now they are just out of conference games during conference play. The games are prescheduled (Gonzaga/Memphis did a home/home last year and this year).

The matchups are less common and totally different from Bracket Busters.
