incident #1 was unprovoked. She obviously wasn't watching the video, because there is definitely bumping going on (and who knows what else that the camera can't see). I don't know if Payne should have elbowed her, but it looked like a 'get off of me' type of elbow that anything really malicious. Of course, I could be seeing that part with blue goggles.
