I realize this is from 2013, but it specifically says "Cougars finalize agreements for 2015.."

No. Poinsettia is set for '16 and '18. BYU has a '15 bowl, but TH isn't saying

Pretty certain the independent for a new Minnesota bowl is UMass or Army
