On my elbow, where the tricep connects to the bone, I have pain right on the nub of the bone. More on the inner side, but also on the outer side of the elbow. Get worse the more I use the arm to lift heavy objects. Is this just a strained tendon or should I get it looked at by a professional? Ice? Rest? What's my best treatment?
