With apologies to the 99% that are smart enough to figure it out on their own...
Boise State in the past was required by the Idaho State Board of Education to host the Selland College of Applied Technology, which included a professional truck driving school. When the College of Western Idaho (CWI) was started (with the assistance of BSU), this applied tech program was moved to CWI.

The LDS Church in the past practiced polygamy, but no longer does. Just as BSU no longer has a truck driving school.

If I were you I'd be highly embarrassed that someone with an "inferior" BSU education had to spell it out for you.
