because I consider myself to be a "Spontaneous Exerciser". Let me explain: I'll be sitting watching tv and decide that it's a good time to do jumping jacks, so I jump up and start doing jumping jacks. Now, I'm just getting back into the swing of things so I don't want to over do it... I'll do a set of 10 then sit back down... When I'm good and rested I'll spring up and do another set of 8... and continue my pattern, but with a set of 6... I literally don't want to be sore, so I have to pace myself....
She was playing primary music for our boys, and it had a nice rhythm to it, I decided to dance runningman style... My boys loved this, my wife.... not so much (see pic)
I thought it was great, got the boys to exercise too. My wife didn't think it appropriate to be dancing to "I Hope They Call Me On A Mission", but to each their own... Finished off that night with three sets of push ups... 10, 8, 6...
Today I'm thinking of doing some stretching, pilates... yoga... I'm not too flexible and could use some help, this is where CB comes in... What are some good yoga stretches that I can easily accomplish at various times throughout the day?
