This is awesome. They go down like 5 divisions, and go back all the way to 2005. Their "prediction" for 2015 PAC 12 performance (BYU is already in the PAC 12 from prior promotion):
2015 teams: Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, BYU, Nevada, Oregon, Oregon State, Stanford, UCLA, USC, Utah, Washington
Loser in 2015 for P12: Nevada
Winner in DII (MWC): Utah State
Meaning in 2016, Utah, BYU, and USU would all be in the P12.
