here's what I'm talking about...
You open up the app, and it lists the events for the accounts you follow. There are 3 categories: Upcoming, Live and Archived. It defaults to "upcoming" first. Why would I want to see what is upcoming before I see what is live?

The order it lists the events in is just weird. It lists upcoming events in order from furthest away to closest. So, the first event that shows up on my feed when I open the app isn't the thing that is going on right now, it's something that will happen on April 25th. Followed by events happening March 10th, March 8th, March 7th, etc. I would prefer to see the live events first, followed by upcoming events listed closest to further away.

As you scroll down the feed, you eventually get to live events followed by archived events... but there is no visual cue separating the upcoming events from the live events from the archived events. So, you have to scroll slowly and keep an eye on the dates as you scroll so you don't miss what you're looking for.

Once you get to the archived events, they are frequently out of order. In general, they go from most recent to further back in time but there are exceptions. My current feed has the following event times listed: 19 hours ago, 19 hours ago, 4 days ago, 5 days ago, 2 days ago, 5 days ago, 5 days ago, 20 hours ago, 1 month ago, etc. That makes it harder to find what you're looking for.

You say you typed in "BYU" last night and the first hit you got was the game. I type in "BYU right now, and don't get a single hit related to BYU. Here are the first 5 live events it brings up... "Berry College Nest Cam #1" . "WSBT channel 22". "Berry College Nest Cam #2". "CCTV News" and "Cursos de Bolos esculpidos" which today appears to be 2 Italian ladies sculpting. The first 5 accounts when searching for "BYU" are: The Knight Brooklyn", "Warner Bros.", iHeartMedia Boston", "Blackberry Keep Moving" and "Bodybuilding.com".

After typing in "BYU" and getting the results listed above, I tried some other search terms. Those were generally related to the search term I picked. Then, I typed in "BYU" again, and now I am getting BYU related hits. However, the listed events are out of order. I type in "BYU at Portland" and the sporting event hit I get is a baseball game from last May. The game last night isn't listed.

This is the typical user experience I'm used to when trying to find items on Livestream. I've deleted the app numerous times, but I end up downloading it again when I hear something I want to watch is on it... of course, then I can't find it so I delete the thing again.

By comparison, I just downloaded the Campus Insider app and found last night's game within 30 seconds.
