Very good movie. The director didn't hold anything back in trying to portray the horrid conditions soldiers faced, even in the latter part of the war. It portrays not only the extreme physical challenges they had to deal with, but the emotional ones as well.

It's one of those movies most people should watch at least once to gain an understanding and appreciation for the extraordinary sacrifices our veterans made in WW2.
