Especially undergrad education. It is excellent, and would be worth several
times the tuition. When you factor in what tuition actually is, it is a steal.
Many of the graduate programs aren't too shabby, either (especially considering the heavy undergrad focus). But the undergrad education is where BYU really excels.
Plus if you go to BYU, then for the rest of your life you get to thank your Ute fan ward members for their contribution to your education.
