my guess is that Gonzaga's focus right now is better effort and execution. They want better intensity for two halves of basketball than what they have shown the last month of so. I have heard several Bulldog fans talk recently about the malaise the team goes through every year as they trudge through another WCC campaign only to get booted in the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament. They are really excited that BYU is playing well and will push Gonzaga tonight. I haven't heard a lot of talk about #1 seeds here in Spokane. Gonzaga fans just want the team to peak at the right time for once.

The other thing is it is senior night and they really want this to be special for Pangos.
