I obviously disagree about it being apples and oranges
And I do believe that Rose is better by a long shot. When I say that, what I mean is that Bronco is maybe the 40th-50th best coach in college football. Rose is 15-25. Its not apples-oranges when you compare to peers.
I also believe that Urban Meyer is better than coach Rose. Only an idiot would see that as a slight to coach Rose though.
