Looking for 3.75% on a conventional refi 30 year fixed.
Who can give me the best deal on costs to close?
Colorado resident, Near 800 FICO, Good LTVs (no MI), Single family res, verifyable income, good loan amount, basically a mortgage brokers dream.
I am currently with USAA but they stopped doing Conventional Refis so they could focus on VA loans. Looking to lock right away if I can get a good deal at 3.75%. Boardmail me with your offers.
