Personally I think he goes progressions fine and can make reads
I am not expert on this, but from my point of he I feel like he just chooses not to throw unless someone is WIDE open. He waits too long and has to be sure they are wide open. In my opinion he is just too conservative. he wants to avoid turnovers.

Good news, is the guy is smart. hopefully seeing stew take risks and even turn the ball over but still put up lots of points showed Taysom that he doesn't have to wait for someone to be completely wide open before throwing it. I hope he changes his philosophy and becomes more comfortable letting it fly.
