Their boys were all pretty well liked and popular in high school. They were also all offensive lineman. When mom had had enough of their fighting, they would have to sit on the chair on the front porch holding hands. Their house was at the entry to a very large subdivision with lots of foot and car traffic. This was probably the most effective punishment they ever received.
