The NBA isn't the same as NCAA sports where successful coaching willingly leave and change teams all the time. Most coaching shuffling occurs when a coach is fired for poor performance and that team goes and grabs some other successful assistant, or pulls a coach out of retirement, or they grab another coach who was let go from their respective team. I guess I can't think of many examples when a successful NBA coach chooses to leave his team for another team.
