I am optimistic that Utah does what they need to keep him.
He doesn't want to go to the NBA.
Utah has enough resources to compete with all but a few college programs.
If I am Chris Hill, I give him a new 4 year contract and a 1 million dollar pay-raise this off-season even though he has 2-3 years left on his contract.
