I bet the land under some old chapels in CA are worth a ton of money
why not sell off under-used chapels in CA to build more in places like TX and AZ where the LDS population seems to be migrating?
I just see CA growth very plateaued for the foreseeable future.

It's not only plateauing but the avg age is going way up. Some in LA...
