Click on the "All Changes Saved in Drive" at the top of the doc to view revision

history. Find the last "good" one and restore to that.
It would be very strange for it to be "lost" if you have been working on it all day.

Have you tried ctrl+z first, to undo your ctrl+c mistake?

Can't you just go to revision history, go to the revision, and click "restore" ?
