my contacts are currently (supposedly) sync'd to iCloud, but I the number of contacts in my phone is higher (more than 100 more) as compared to those in iCloud.

I may have to reset my phone as a "new phone" because of technical issues and a corrupted backup, so I would like to make sure I have these contacts somewhere before doing this.

Either in the Apple iCloud or Outlook preferably.
